The Episcopal Church of the Holy Trinity Vestry Minutes Sunday, January 28, 2008 Anne Hover, Presiding Present: Don Olive, Mark Wheeler, Marilyn Allen, Deborah Chester, Carol Armstrong, Orman Hubbard, Jody Gilles, Jim Newman, Terry Jolliffe Absent: Connie Godlevski, Russ Robken, and Sam Stephens Anne Hover called the meeting to order at 12:30 pm. She announced the new members, Orman Hubbard, Jody Gilles, Jim Newman and Terry Jolliffe. Anne handed out notebooks for the vestry and requested that copies of The Vestry Handbook, Revised Edition be ordered for each vestry member and for the interim rector. The following officers were elected: Jody Gilles, Senior Warden Don Olive, Junior Warder Terry Jolliffe, Clerk Following the election, the vestry discussed the meeting times and decided to meet at 6:30 pm on the third Thursday of each month. In order to get to know each other better and to plan the work ahead of us, the vestry will meet at 6:30 pm on Thursday, January 31, 2008 in the parish hall
