Members unable to Attend: Rick Menchaca, Terry Staub, Julie Harvey.

Father Mark called the meeting to order at 12:00 noon with a prayer.

Bill Granberry, Sr. Warden discussed the recent Communiqué Of the Primates Meeting in Dar es Salaam.

The Vestry went into an Executive Session.

The Vestry came out of Executive Session.

Chip Smith moved to change our apportionment payment to the maximum timetable allotted as per the Holy Trinity Canons effective immediately. The motion was seconded and passed.

Marilyn Allen moved to remove the Resolutions as items to be voted upon at the March 4^th Special Parish Meeting. The motion was seconded and passed.

Bill Wallace moved to cancel the March 4^th Special Parish Meeting. The motion was seconded and passed.

There be no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 1:25PM.
