The meeting opened at 6:15pm with a prayer by Jim Newman.
TREASURER’S REPORT: Sara Fritz presented the financial reports. Jim Newman moved to redirect the money formerly directed to the Diocese of Northwest Texas, as recommended by Bishop Mayer, to David Morrow’s group to be used for Haitian relief. The motion was seconded and passed. Nancy Stewart moved to accept the Accounts Payable Invoice Proof List dated 3/25/2010. The motion was seconded and passed. Mike Cunningham moved to accept the monthly financials. The motion was seconded and passed.
SENIOR WARDEN’S REPORT: Jody Gilles discussed the Covenant. Fr. John has signed it and returned it and the Covenant is now being reviewed by Nancy Igo, Deployment Officer of the Diocese, and the Bishop. Jody will email a copy of the completed Covenant to the Vestry for its perusal and the vestry will meet to approve it after the 10am service on Palm Sunday.
Mike Cunningham moved to approve the minutes of February 16, 2010 and February 24, 2010. The motion was seconded and passed.
A collection will be taken up for Fr. Bob Bonnington and Fr. Allen Whitman for a gift for each of them to be given to them during the 10am Easter Service.
The next Vestry meeting will be April 15, 2010 at 6pm in the Conference Room.

The meeting was called to order at 6:20pm with a prayer by Danny Holeva.
Anne Hover, Search Committee Chairman, presented the results of the Search Committee. The committee recommended Fr. Stephen John Francis Wedgwood-Greenhow.
The vestry went into executive session, calling Mary Lou Cassidy on the telephone so she could be included in the discussion.
Mike Cunningham moved to adopt the Search Committee’s recommendation to call Fr. John. The motion was seconded and passed 10 for, with 2 abstentions (Nancy Stewart being on a cruise and unreachable, and David Overton being a member of the Search Committee didn’t feel comfortable voting twice).
Jody called Fr. John in the presence of the vestry and Anne and Fr. John accepted the call. Jody, Will Green, Mike Cunningham, J.K. Wilson, and David Overton will be on the Covenant Committee to draft a Covenant for him.
The meeting was adjourned at 8pm, and the next regular Vestry meeting will be March 25, 2010 at 6pm.
February 16, 2010, Conference Room

The meeting opened at 6:15pm with a prayer by Jody Gilles. No Minutes were available from the last meeting.
EDUCATION COUNCIL: Kimberly Wilson was unable to accept the position of Director of Religious Education. A decision was made to advertise in the newsletter and the Good News for the position. We have also lost our nursery workers. Jody and Kimberly Wilson are working to remedy this.
JUNIOR WARDEN’S REPORT: J.K. Wilson reported a leak in the roof in the education wing. Robbie Shepard is aware of this and our claim from the hail is still open. Hail repairs were discussed. The air conditioner in the youth house may have to have a new blower. J.K. asked that repair concerns be sent to him via email.
TREASURER’S REPORT: Sara Fritz discussed the financials. Terry Jolliffe moved to accept the expense spread sheet. The motion was seconded and passed. Mike Cunningham moved to accept the Treasurer’s Report. The motion was seconded and passed.
SENIOR WARDEN’S REPORT: Jody gave an update on the Search Committee’s progress. He also discussed Holy Trinity’s Haitian Relief effort. The Bishop is in the Dominion Republic and will get back to Jody as to Holy Trinity’s donation upon his return. The vestry will meeting on the third Thursday of the month at 6pm . If another meeting is needed, it will be called on the first Thursday of the month. Due to a conflict with spring break, our next regular meeting is scheduled for March 25, 2010 at 6pm.
NEW BUSINESS: David Overton moved to accept Mike Cunningham as Chancellor and Registered Agent, and Angela Stephens as Treasurer. The motion was seconded and passed. Due to changes in the vestry members, signatures on the checking account need to be updated. Sam Stephens and Carol Armstrong will be removed from the signature card and J.K. Wilson and Mary Lou Cassidy will be added. A Discussion followed about the Trust Fund Committee and Council liaisons. No formal assignments were made at this time. Alfredo Urias is going to have knee replacement surgery. Jesus will move to a 35 hour week to pick up the slack while Alfredo is out.
Jim Newman closed the meeting with a prayer.
