WOMEN'S RETREAT September 28-30, 2007 Bishop Quarterman Conference Center, Amarillo, Texas The Reverend Susan Sims-Smith from the Diocese of Arkansas will join us to lead a weekend retreat for women. Her ministry is called Seedwork. SeedWork was created to enliven the faith of those within the church, to reach out to those who are unchurched, and to restore relationships with those who have felt hurt by the church. It is a ministry of the Episcopal Diocese of Arkansas. Before becoming ordained as an Episcopal priest, The Rev. Sims-Smith worked for 25 years as a psychotherapist. She has taught extensively on dreams, committed relationships, and prayer and meditation. This workshop examines how dreams communicate the needs of the soul as participants prayerfully seek God's guidance to live their lives. The rich spiritual discipline of understanding dreams and seeking to live in harmony with the messages they bring can enrich lives with comfort, challenge, and practical solutions to problems of daily life. For more information about her work please go to: http://www.seedwork.org/index.html Registration information: Paula Howbert 432-697-6536 pfhowbert@prodigy.net
