ADULT MINISTRIES
Vestry Members of the vestry, the churchs governing body, are elected by the congregation and share in the spiritual leadership and vision of the parish as well as set and monitor policies to ensure the faithful and responsible care of Holy Trinity. Vestry subcommittees, such as finance and stewardship, are chaired by a vestry member and run by Holy Trinity members. Vestry members include: Judge Jody Gilles , Senior Warden; Don Olive, Junior Warden; Terry Jolliffe, Clerk; Marilyn Allen, Carol Armstrong, Deborah Chester, Connie Godlevski, Orman Hubbard, Jim Newman, Russell Robken, Sam Stephens, and Mark Wheeler.
We consider every woman at Holy Trinity to be a part of this ministry. Our offers opportunities for fellowship among women, encouragement and instruction in their Christian growth, service to the church, and outreach to the community. These opportunities include a yearly retreat, special events throughout the year, most especially their Bit o Britain Tea, held each November in the Parish Hall. Our challenge is to provide a safe place where every person is free to become the person Christ created her to be. We are called. We are different. We are one body. ECW PURPOSE: The purpose of this organization shall be to unite the women of Holy Trinity Parish in a program of worship, study, service and fellowship which will deepen and strengthen their own spiritual lives and lead them into service for the church in the parish, the community, the diocese, the nation, and the world.
Outreach Ministry Holy Trinity is involved in several community programs: Christmas-in-Action; Habitat for Humanity; Midland Soup Kitchen; AMOS; Meals on Wheels; Hospice of Midland; Women/Children’s Clinic; World Missions
