Fr. David Galletly, received his Bachelor's Degree from The University of California and a Master's of Divinity from the Church Divinity School of the Pacific in Berkeley, California.  He has also done graduate study at the General Theological Seminary in New York City.  In his 25 years of ordained service to God and God's people, Fr.  David has served churches in Napa, CA, West Texas, Kansas City, MO, Omaha, NE and Southern California.

Fr. David began his career at Holy Trinity in Midland, and after moving on to other positions, spent the next years of his life trying to get back to West Texas.  "There is a special quality about the people and culture of West Texas, and my family and I have never found anything to compare,  anywhere else we have lived. The geography may be plain, but the people are wonderful!"  Fr. David most admires Holy Trinity for its incredible staff.  "Our staff and lay leaders at Holy Trinity are the most committed, creative, positive and professional group of people I have ever worked with."

Fr. David also admires Holy Trinity for  its open, welcoming attitude, and its genuine love and care.

"Holy Trinity is an authentic Christian community.  They like to have fun together, and It's a blessing to find real  people who live out their faith as they can, and support and encourage others to claim and share the love of God in their own lives and world," he says.  Fr. David has been a school crossing guard, a ranger-naturalist in Yosemite, a chaplain for the Ventura County Fire Department, and a real estate inspector, in addition to being on a Forest     Service Trail Crew  and running his own handyman business.

In his ordained ministry, Fr. David has emphasized congregational growth and development, organizational leadership, development of world and local relief and outreach, and the creation of pastoral care teams.  Fr. David and his wife, Michele, have a son, Robert, who lives in California and is a High School teacher and church youth group director, and a daughter, Lauren, who lives in Ft. Worth and is studying at TCU to become a Physical Therapist.

Fr. David and Michele enjoy historical re-enactment,  cooking and baking, gathering with friends at their home and picnics in the park.  Fr. David can also be found biking, camping, coaching youth baseball, enjoying wine culture, and  bar-b-queing.

Blessings Father David!

“As youth director, I am more than a glorified baby-sitter. I am more than a program director. Youth ministry, to me, is not a church job, but rather a holy calling. I feel called to disciple young people in the Christian faith. I believe to be called to incorporate young people into the life of the Church. Youth Directors are called to build and sustain healthy youth ministries where students connect to God and with one another. So, “what does a youth director do?” Yes, I organize events, play games, and eat pizza. But more than that, I am a partner in God’s work, helping to raise up a generation in the faith.” -Kevin

Jesus Gonzales  has been a huge part of our Parish family for 33 years.

As Sexton he knows where all our treasures are hidden and can bring them out in a moments notice.

Besides cleaning and maintenance inside all our Parish activities start in the most basic way with Jesus.

Were so thankful he is our number one guy!
